5] επικαλούμαστε τον όρκο και το σύνταγμα για να αρνηθούμε την παράνομη μετάθεση στην Κύπρο.

6] υπερασπιζόμαστε συνθήκες υγιεινής και εγκαταστάσεις χωρίς να ρίχνουμε τα επίπεδα που έχουμε και στην πολιτική μας ζωή.

7] απαιτούμε επαρκή ποιότητα και ποσότητα στο φαγητό, πόσιμο νερό και ζεστό νερό σε μπάνια και μαγειρεία.

8] προειδοποιούμε τον αξιωματικό που μας δίνει αυθαίρετες διαταγές ότι θα βγούμε παραπονούμενοι. Σε περίπτωση που επιμένει τον εκθέτουμε στον ανώτερό του στην αναφορά. Μπορούμε να εκφράσουμε τα προσωπικά μας παράπονα διαδοχικά σε όλη την ιεραρχία φτάνοντας μέχρι και στον υπουργό άμυνας.

9] δεν εκτελούμε διαταγές που μπορεί να βάζουν σε κίνδυνο τη σωματική μας ακεραιότητα. Ζητάμε γραπτές εγγυήσεις.

10] υπερασπιζόμαστε το δικαίωμα να ορκιζόμαστε σε όποιο θεό πιστεύει ο καθένας. Οι άθεοι μπορούν να δώσουν πολιτική υπόσχεση.

Ο Ερντογάν φιμώνει τα ΜΜΕ στην Τουρκί

Είναι χαρακτηριστική η δήλωση του διευθυντή του ανεξάρτητου πρακτορείου ειδήσεων ΑΝΚΑ Mpeli Ozdemir: "Κατά το χρόνο της στρατιωτικής διακυβέρνησης, πολλοί δημοσιογράφοι τέθηκαν υπό κράτηση. Εφημερίδες έκλεισαν. Αλλά με τον έναν ή τον άλλο τρόπο, ήμασταν  σε θέση να δημοσιεύσουμε  τις ιστορίες μας. Σήμερα όμως, οι συνάδελφοί μας, διστάζουν να κάνουν ερωτήσεις σε συνεντεύξεις τύπου με το φόβο μήπως χάσουν τις θέσεις εργασίας τους ή αντιμετωπίσουν κάποια δίωξη".

Οι δημοσιογράφοι στη φυλακή

Σήμερα στην Τουρκία βρίσκονται στη φυλακή περισσότεροι από 100 δημοσιογράφοι και ο εκπρόσωπος του ΟΑΣΕ Ντούντζα Μιγιάτοβιτς υποστηρίζει ότι: “Υπάρχουν τόσες πολλές ανοικτές δικογραφίες, όπου τους επόμενους μήνες  μπορεί να οδηγηθούν στις φυλακές περισσότεροι από 1000 δημοσιογράφοι”. 

Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση κατακρίνει αυτή τη στάση της Τουρκίας, αλλά ο αρμόδιος Τούρκος υπουργός που είναι υπεύθυνος για την πορεία ένταξης της Τουρκίας στην Ε.Ε παραδέχεται ότι συλλαμβάνονται δημοσιογράφοι, αλλά όχι γιατί ασκούν κριτική δημοσιογραφία.

Η τακτική των ανθρώπων του Ερντογάν που είναι αγκαλιά με το δικαστικό σύστημα της χώρας είναι συγκεκριμένη.

Δημοσιογράφοι που γράφουν εναντίον τους και ασκούν σκληρή κριτική διώκονται με την κατηγορία ότι είναι μπλεγμένοι  στο γνωστό και κατά πολλούς κατασκευασμένο σκάνδαλο της Εργενεγκον, όπου τελικά οδηγούνται στη φυλακή.

Σε άλλα ΜΜΕ επιβάλλονται απίστευτοι χρηματικοί φόροι και πρόστιμα με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκάζονται να κλείσουν.

Στην καλύτερη των περιπτώσεων όταν κάποιος δημοσιογράφος απολυθεί από την εργασία του, ενημερώνονται αυτόματα όλοι οι άλλοι εκδότες και κανείς άλλος δεν θα τον προσλάβει .

Ο δυστυχής επιβάλλεται να αλλάξει επάγγελμα .

Σήμερα οι Τούρκοι δημοσιογράφοι κάνουν έκκληση στους διεθνείς οργανισμούς ώστε να εκφράσουν περισσότερο την αλληλεγγύη τους.

Καλούν τα μεγάλα ΜΜΕ όλου του κόσμου να ενσκήψουν πάνω στο σοβαρό πρόβλημα που υπάρχει στην Τουρκία και να δημοσιοποιήσουν τις καταγγελίες τους.

Υποστηρίζουν με δυνατή φωνή  ότι στη Τουρκία δεν υπάρχει δημοκρατία,  ούτε φυσικά και  ελευθερία των ΜΜΕ .

Το πανηγύρι μόλις τώρα άρχισε.

Πρόταση εξεταστικής για την Οικονομία από το ΠΑΣΟΚ

Βασική λεπτομέρεια είναι ότι η Κ.Ο. του ΠΑΣΟΚ θα προτείνει η έρευνα να μην περιοριστεί μόνο στην θητεία του πρώην υπουργού Οικονομικών Γιώργου Παπακωνσταντίνου αλλά να ξεκινήσει από το 2000.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες ο πρώην  πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου έχει πει στους στενούς του συνεργάτες ότι επιθυμεί να είναι οι βουλευτές του ΠΑΣΟΚ αυτοί που θα αναλάβουν την πρωτοβουλία να προχωρήσει η έρευνα, εφ όσον ο φάκελος με τις καταγγελίες για τα παραποιημένα στοιχεία του ελλείμματος κατευθυνθούν στο ελληνικό κοινοβούλιο.  

Για τον λόγο αυτό ο εκπρόσωπος Τύπου του ΠΑΣΟΚ Πάνος Μπεγλίτης δήλωσε ότι «Εφόσον η υπόθεση έλθει, τελικά, στη Βουλή θα ζητήσουμε, άμεσα, τη σύσταση Εξεταστικής Επιτροπής. Δεν θα γίνουμε όμηροι σκοπιμοτήτων. Πρέπει να διερευνηθεί η υπόθεση απ' αυτή τη Βουλή και πριν αποφασισθεί η διάλυσή της και η προκήρυξη εκλογών. …Από την πλευρά μας είμαστε έτοιμοι. Να συσταθεί Εξεταστική Επιτροπή για τη διερεύνηση των δημοσιονομικών στοιχείων από το 2000 μέχρι σήμερα».

Στο ίδιο μήκος κινήθηκε και ο υπουργός Δικαιοσύνης Μιλτιάδης Παπαϊωάννου –επίσης ένας από τους στενούς συνεργάτες του κ. Παπανδρέου– με την διαφορά ότι ο ίδιος θα ήθελε να γίνει η έρευνα από την επιτροπή Θεσμών και Διαφάνειας της Βουλής της Βουλής. Να σημειωθεί ότι πριν από λίγους μήνες με τις κατάλληλες τροποποιήσεις η συγκεκριμένη επιτροπή απέκτησε το δικαίωμα να ασκεί προανακριτικό έλεγχο.

Πάντως, δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που το ΠΑΣΟΚ εμφανίζεται πρόθυμο να «σκαλίσει» και την περίοδο κατά την οποία η χώρα οδηγήθηκε στο ΔΝΤ.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο, όταν και τα μέλη της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ προχώρησαν στις βαρύτατες καταγγελίες ότι ο κ. Παπακωνσταντίνου διόγκωσε το έλλειμμα, η ΚΟ του ΠΑΣΟΚ έχει ανακοινώσει ότι θα ζητήσει έρευνα. Τελικά, η πρόθεση δεν μετουσιώθηκε σε πράξη, όμως, αυτό που αποτυπώθηκε ξεκάθαρα ήταν πως το κλίμα για τον κ. Παπακωνσταντίνου ήταν αρκετά βαρύ και δεν ήταν λίγοι εκείνοι στο εσωτερικό του ΠΑΣΟΚ που ήθελαν να καταδικάσουν με τον τρόπο αυτό «τους κηπουρούς και τις άστοχες επιλογές του Γιώργου».

Ολυμπιακός: «Αλλοίωση του πρωταθλήματος»

Για αλλοίωση του πρωταθλήματος εξαιτίας λαθών που γίνονται σε βάρος του Ολυμπιακού, έκαναν λόγο οι ιθύνοντες των «ερυθρόλευκων» σε επίσημη τοποθέτησή τους μετά το τέλος του αγώνα με την Ξάνθη στα Πηγάδια. Μάλιστα, άφησαν αιχμές τόσο κατά της ΕΠΟ, όσο και κατά της ΚΕΔ.

Σχολίασαν χαρακτηριστικά τα στελέχη των «Πειραιωτών»: «Υπάρχει αλλοίωση του πρωταθλήματος, για μία ακόμα φορά, σ' ένα ακόμα ματς. Από την ΚΕΔ και την ΕΠΟ δίνουν αγώνα για να μην πάρει ο Ολυμπιακός το πρωτάθλημα. Σε ένα ματς όπου ο Ολυμπιακός ήταν καλύτερος, αλλά άτυχος, δεν μας δόθηκε η ευκαιρία από τον Κωνσταντινέα, ούτε καν το δικαίωμα να διεκδικήσουμε τον βαθμό της ισοπαλίας.

Ο Κωνσταντινέας καταδίκασε και πάλι τον Ολυμπιακό, όπως είχε συμβεί στο παιχνίδι με την ΑΕΚ. Τον Κωνσταντινέα τον καλούμε να μην ασχολείται με την διαιτησία, αλλά να επιστρέψει στον φούρνο του. Αυτό είναι το καθαρό ποδόσφαιρο που θέλουν; Να μας το πούνε αν δεν θέλουν στο ποδόσφαιρο επενδυτές και ομάδες με υγεία ή αν θέλουν διαλυμένους συλλόγους κι αυτούς που περιμένουν τον Αλαντίν να τους σώσει».
        
Εν κατακλείδι, απ' τους «ερυθρόλευκους» τονίστηκε: «Θεωρούμε δεδομένη την καρατόμηση του διαιτητή. Αλλά δε φτάνει αυτό, γιατί με τους διαιτητές που φεύγουν, φεύγουν και οι βαθμοί».
